Marked my oracle VM guide as out of date
Worked on switching from htmlproofer to lychee
- I’ve been using htmlproofer for almost a decade, and there are better options now.
- lychee seems to catch way more dead links and also supports more fine-tuning of rate limiting and caching results so we don’t have to ping every host every time.

Launched my feedback app
- Added reader vs. admin role enforcement.
- Added auto-deploy from NixCI to fly.io
- Added real magic login email support
Added a recent feedback view
- Previously, it aggregated by chapter, which made it hard to see what new comments were.
Split feedback and analytics into separate views
Added a button to mark feedback as helpful
Added special color to author responses so they stand out
Added a reader summary of all reactiosn to their feedback
- Previously, I was the only one who could see aggregates, but I realized readers would probably want an easy way of seeing how I was responding
Switched tooltips to take advantage of the Anchor Positioning API
Improved the UI layout for comment input forms
Added hidden, experimental support for dark mode
- I don’t really want to support it, but one reader requested it, so I’m trying it

Bought two small VPSes, one for personal projects and one for professional projects
- My default is to deploy everything as a Fly.io app, but it means paying another $5/mo every time I add a non-static app. I’m curious to try just attaching new apps to a single VPS to see how it goes.
